Be Personnel has an opportunity available for a proactive Romanian Speaking Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy, friendly recruitment team in either our Dunfermline office.

The Recruitment Resourcer will work within a fast paced team and be responsible for:

• Updating the Candidate database
• Writing and advertising jobs across various online platforms and groups
• Screening advert responses
• Making initial contact with candidates via telephone
• Conducting first stage interviews with candidates
• Completing right to work checks and new starter paperwork
• Translating during inductions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Romanian languages
• Excellent customer service skills
• A polite and professional manner
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Flexibility with regards to their shifts and working hours

The Recruitment Resourcer will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm and earn a rate of pay which is negotiable based on experience.
