The role
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team in our Newbridge Parts Plus distribution centre. Reporting the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone, face to face and internet orders whilst ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively. You will be responsible for the picking of parts and packaging them in the distribution centre as well as supporting in stock control processes.
The requirements
Experience in an Automotive Parts environment is essential
Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets
Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Proficient IT skills and experience
The hours
Full time role (42.5 hours per week) on a rota basis between the Parts Plus opening hours of:
8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Saturday 8am to 1pm
