Inbound Customer Service Executive (BE10209) - Falkirk

Be Personnel are very excited to announce we are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and customer focused individual to join our client's Customer Experience Team as a Customer Service Agent based in Falkirk. Working for a leading automotive dealership group in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will play a vital role in dealing with all inbound telephone enquiries.

The job

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with all inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Supporting in the upsell of additional products and services

• Handling customer enquiries from all channels including telephone, email and livechat.

• Management of MOT and Service reminders and Service follow-up calls to ensure appointment targets are achieved

• Putting the customer experience at the heart of everything you do

• Assist with any Direct Marketing campaigns.

• Ad-hoc and seasonal service marketing initiatives (e.g. winter health checks).

The requirements

• Previous customer service experience and an ability to deliver 5-star customer service on every occasion

• Experience within a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.

• Initiative and a positive can-do attitude.

The hours

Full time role (39 hours per week) on a rota basis between the Department opening hours of:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm

Saturday - 8am to 5pm

Sunday - 11am to 5pm
