Hygiene Team Leader Night Shift (BE10155) - Rosyth

Are you looking for a career change? We are recruiting for a Nightshift Hygiene Team Leader!

As a support to the Hygiene Manager, you’ll support the team on the factory floor, making sure they complete their daily tasks and responsibilities with a view to standing in for the Hygiene Manager during absence and holidays.

Working closely with other Team Leaders and the Hygiene Manager, you’ll ensure the efficient use of stock and labor through the operation to deliver required standards in addition to making sure the team maximize productivity on a shift to shift basis. You’ll also mentor the Key Operators in your team to bring them up to scratch on stand in Team Leader duties and responsibilities. All documents will be recorded accurately, and you’ll ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and signed off.

• Have experience of working in a food production or manufacturing environment

• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work

Night shift basis, working on a 12-hour shift basis which can vary due to business needs, therefore it is essential that our staff are flexible.
