Our client, a successful business that provides the best domestic electric heating solutions all over the UK are looking for a Sales Manager.

The role of the Sales Manager will be to join and manage sales of our clients radiator and heating products all over the UK.

The Business has seen significant growth over recent years and to build on that success, we are looking for an individual that has excelled in their field of managing and developing a portfolio of existing key accounts. If you have proven experience of analysing sales data and really understand the needs of your customers and are able to bring in new business, then this could be the ideal role for you and a great time to join this forward-thinking Company at an exciting period of development and expansion.

This position can be a home working role, hybrid role or office-based role (Renfrew) – there is complete autonomy for the right candidate.

As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include, although not be limited to:

  • Achieving sales targets in line with the Business plan
  • Developing new business targets and promoting new products
  • Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Sales presentations
  • Managing CRM systems
  • Weekly sales reporting to management
  • Maintaining an excellent product knowledge

We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Has a minimum 2 years of sales management experience
  • Has a good knowledge or experience in sales within the energy industry
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
  • Are target driven
  • Have strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Are able to use CRM software.

The Salary for this role is dependent on experience but we are willing to listen to all expectations. There will be bonus schemes in place if targets and tasks are being implemented and met. Hours are also quite flexible but would need to operate during normal office open hours. (E.g., 8- 4, 9-5)
