Our Client, a successful business that provides the best domestic electric hearing solutions all over the UK are looking for an Administration Manager for their new site in Renfrewshire.

The role of the Administration Manager will be to implement all aspects of the new office and oversee all office duties.

As Administration Manager your responsibilities will include, although not be limited to:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Use of Quickbooks and managing client accounts
  • Managing company compliance documents
  • Order processing
  • Managing payroll (with the company accountant)
  • Creation of a working administration team around you

We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Have previous Admin/ Office Management experience or are looking to take that step up
  • Have knowledge of the heating or energy industry or background in marketing
  • Are excellent communicators between all levels of staff within the business
  • Have an eye for detail and good time management skills
  • Are computer literate

The Salary for this role is dependant on experience with a quarterly bonus structure in place as long as targets and tasks are being implemented and met. Hours are also quite flexible but would need to operate during normal office open hours. (E.g., 8- 4, 9-5)
