£25k pa + uncapped bonuses (OTE £45k +)

A rapidly expanding financial services business based in the city centre of Glasgow has multiple opportunities available for Business to Business Telesales Executives to join their team. You will be a key player within the further development of the business and will receive a competitive package including £25k basic, realistic OTE of in excess of £45k (uncapped), excellent career progression opportunities along with a generous pension, gym membership, free car parking and Monday to Friday shift pattern with an early finish ahead of the weekend.

As a Telesales Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and confirming qualified sales leads over the phone to pass onto the sales team
  • Informing prospects about products and services offered
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless process and first class service to the customer
  • Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and help facilitate future sales

The successful Telesales Executive will have the following:

  • Experience of working within a fast paced, results driven new business telesales role (B2C or B2B)
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Good knowledge of using CRM software and telephone systems
  • The ability to learn products and services to confidently explain these to prospects
  • Confident proficiency in objection handling and outstanding negotiation skills
